Regulation (EU) 910/2014 — eIDAS · EU Trusted List provider · CSC protocol · Qualified timestamping

AlfaTrust Certification is a qualified trust service provider (QTSP) accredited under the eIDAS Regulation. From our base in Romania, inside the European Union, we help organisations sign, seal and timestamp digital documents with full cross-border legal effect — through services built for high volume, easy integration and long-term validity.

AlfaTrust Certification Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) is listed in the European Union Trusted Lists (EUTL) according to the eIDAS Regulation.

Qualified timestamping

Prove the exact moment a document, transaction or dataset existed. Our qualified timestamping authority (TSA) issues eIDAS qualified time-stamps that are tamper-evident and legally recognised across the European Union — the trusted anchor for invoicing, archiving, audit trails and long-term signature validation.

  • EU-wide qualified time-stamps
  • RFC 3161 / RFC 5816 compliant TSA
  • High-throughput bulk timestamping
  • Foundation for PAdES, CAdES & XAdES long-term formats

Our qualified timestamping service has its own dedicated home at qtsa.eu — where you will find Time Stamp Server URLs, integration guides, bulk timestamp pricing and everything you need to start sealing documents with qualified time-stamps.

Cloud signature — CSC (Cloud Signature Consortium)

Apply a qualified electronic signature (QES) from any device, with no smart cards or USB tokens to manage. Our remote signing platform implements the Cloud Signature Consortium (CSC) API — the open European standard — so you can embed qualified signing directly into your own applications and document workflows.

  • Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES)
  • CSC-compliant API for fast integration
  • Centralised keys — nothing for users to install
  • Strong identity verification & sole signer control

Remote qualified electronic seal

Authenticate documents in the name of your organisation rather than an individual. A qualified electronic seal guarantees the origin and integrity of invoices, certificates, statements and official records issued by your legal entity — applied automatically, at scale, through a secure API.

  • eIDAS qualified seals for legal persons
  • Automated high-volume sealing via API
  • Guarantees document origin & integrity
  • Built for e-invoicing & regulated industries

Qualified means legally recognised everywhere in the EU

Cross-border by law

Qualified signatures, seals and timestamps carry the same legal effect in all 27 Member States — no bilateral agreements, no grey areas.

Supervised & audited

As an accredited QTSP we operate under national supervision and recurring conformity assessment against the eIDAS framework.

Built to last

Long-term validation and timestamping keep your evidence verifiable years after the documents were created.

Engineered on the standards your auditors expect

Our services speak the protocols that European trust infrastructure is built on, so they slot into existing systems and pass conformity checks without surprises: eIDAS 910/2014, CSC API, RFC 3161, PAdES, CAdES, XAdES, the ETSI TS 119 series, PKCS#11 and X.509.
